“Liz has been coaching and mentoring before it was even considered a professional opportunity because it comes so naturally to her.
She approaches the relationships in her life with comfort, empathy and wisdom, she excludes judgement and she helps you feel seen and find your truth. She’s sensible and realistic and helps you navigate uncertainty and difficulty to make you see yourself and your potential or discover a new way of thinking or acting to get to where you want to be.”
Alexis Rodriguez Alvich | Founder & Communications Strategist at Harper Grey Consulting
My purpose is to help you feel more whole. I lead you to this feeling through helping you operate from your deepest truth to allow for your biggest dreams come true. My approach is collaborative, as it is rooted in partnership.
I present you with options and opportunities you didn’t know were available. I help you see a different path and potential: to move you forward by providing new awareness of your relationships and personal approaches, guide you to find untapped resource within yourself to experience new agency and power, and reflect back to you truths that allow you to feel seen, heard, and valued.
To execute on this approach I draw upon my personal journey, distinct expertise, and professional experience. One part of this intersection is my work with purpose-led startups and and mission-driven founders, assisting across marketing, strategy, brand positioning, thought leadership, PR, and community building. Another part of this intersection is my study of Human Needs Psychology, coaching certification in Strategic Intervention, ongoing development of my talents via Gallup’s Clifton Strengths Assessment model, and my top 10 traits.
MY DISTINCT EXPERTISE & EXPERIENCE
There are simply things in life that we were meant to do. Since I was young I have been a sounding board and mirror for others. I can see the possibility and potential in that which is and has yet to be.
Through empathy and deep listening, I nurture people and ideas. This aptitude came to the forefront harmoniously through all the puzzle pieces of my personality, experience, and expertise coming together in the clear and natural evolution of becoming a coach.
Across multiple disciplines I have been a life-long student of transformational and self-development work. This continuous study has laid the interdisciplinary foundation for ushering others to practices that work for each individual. Whether, meditation, journaling, cultural mining, nutrition, movement, and music, I am invested in illuminating personal paths toward the discovery of purpose, mission, and values.
This, coupled with my tenure as a brand strategist and storyteller, enables me to holistically connect people, concepts, and real market approaches to living fully with awareness of your wants, needs, and desires.
My work with individuals facing a crossroads and stepping into their power, to creatives moving through inspirational blocks, to entrepreneurs at the start of building their brilliance or pivoting to something new, to longtime executive leaders mastering mentorship at scale, I am able to map out new perspectives, practices, connections, and actions for sustained wisdom and growth.
At the conjunction of my expertise and talents, coupled with my diverse experience I am uniquely positioned to guide you through focused and intentional living and directional action for reaching your goals.
“The listening Liz provides and her depth of reflection is remarkable. She is present and has me see new and different perspectives that I didn't before which has moved me! I experience myself being lifted up and being seen. I've become a better leader for my organization and able to adapt to the circumstances, no matter how
chaotic they seem.”

HUMAN NEED PSYCHOLOGY
Human Needs Psychology is the wisdom that both understanding and changing human behavior lies in our ability to manage our human needs. Though we are each unique, we also all share fundamental functions for fulfillment.
These six universal human needs drive your behavior and act as pathways for growth. Through practical inquiry we uncover how each of these impact you.
When you identify your two most important needs, you discover your motivations, what gives you meaning, and your sense of satisfaction in life.
Though not valued equally by all, everybody does need to fulfill all six.
CERTAINTY
Our need for safety, stability, security, comfort, order, control, and consistency
VARIETY
Our need for surprise, challenges, excitement, adventure, chaos, and change
SIGNIFICANCE
Our need for feeling important, needed, and wanted
LOVE & CONNECTION
Our need for togetherness, passion, unity, warmth, and desire
GROWTH
Our need for emotional, intellectual, and spiritual development
CONTRIBUTION
Our need to give, care, protect, and serve beyond ourselves; to leave our mark on the world.
MY TOP TEN TRAITS
I share my top ten identified traits as a window into what I bring to our sessions and how together we can identify your valued traits.
When I took the Clifton Strengths Finder Assessment it started an exciting exploration into my personal and professional life. It’s positive framework shifted my lens to see clearly my inherently dominant traits. Through this lens I could recognize how many of my traits are natural aptitudes, soft skills, stem from strategy and relationships building, etc. With this ownership of my skills, I watched my self-doubt dissolve. This articulation continuously helps others understand me better and when utilized for themselves, transforms their ability to communicate their value to others.
Strategic: An ability to recognize patterns and determine the best way to proceed. An adaptability to alternate routes and possibilities, coupled with a creative anticipation of what may happen.
Futuristic: A detail oriented focus for inspiring and energizing visions for the future. I intuitively preview, predict, and forecast.
Ideation: A fascination with ideas, creativity, and originality, and a talent for connecting the seemly unrelated. I am motivated by new and fresh perspectives.
Relator: A depth of social ease and transparency. I build relationships that foster trust.
Connectedness: A considerate, caring and accepting approach, grounded in a desire to be a part of something bigger than myself, stems from my big picture perspective and integration of all parts of a whole. And a dedication to integrating all parts of the whole.
Developer: A commitment to the growth process and a desire to help others improve.
Input: A curiosity and craving for more in the pursuit of knowledge and self-development, through the use of tangible tools and sourcing information that facilitate growth and performance.
Individuation: A deep perception and recognition for uniqueness: identifying other people’s talents, utilizing custom approaches, and picking up on that which is distinct. I apply a customized approach.
Empathy: A view of the world through the eyes of others and an awareness of their needs, unvoiced questions, and emotions. I can give language for what others struggle to express and incorporate this emotional intelligence into my thinking and relationships.
Intellection: An appetite for thinking and reflection with a depth of understanding and wisdom. I stay attuned to insights that might otherwise be overlooked.
“Liz’s ability to truly and deeply connect with people and make you feel as though you’ve been friends for years is a gift, and she’ll always help you find a better way forward because she’s so invested. She listens, uplifts and leads like no other.”
